Terms of Service

These terms are active from the beginning to the end of a commission and I would like to do my best to uphold them. Please consider giving them a read!

Important Notes:

♥ Customers must present a clear, flat-color visual reference sheet or the nearest equivalent, unless they are commissioning a custom character. I can use shaded pieces of artwork but the colors may not be correct unless a flat color palette is added.♥ Doodles, extra pieces of artwork, pinterest boards, toyhouses, and more can be sent as additions when commissioning artwork or customs from me.♥I have the right to refuse any commission regardless of the reason given.

General Terms:

1. I can change my TOS and commission prices at any time without warning. The last update will always be shown at the top of the their respective pages.2. I accept payments via Paypal, Cashapp, or Ko-Fi in USD.3. Please pay in full after the final sketch is complete and you are satisfied with it.4. You acknowledge that you're purchasing a digital product that cannot be shipped or sent in any physical form.5. You may cancel your commission if you have not yet paid.6. Your commission may be canceled due to inappropriate behavior, such as:_{Harassment, hate speech, inappropriate advances, art theft (including claiming to be the artist of artwork not made by you), scamming other artists (including paying before revoking payment after receiving a complete commission), using my art for commercial purposes without my consent, using my art for AI, etc.}7. You are eligible for a full refund if we agree on a deadline and you do not receive your art (with the exception that I say I'll be late and you agree that it's fine, giving me extra time).8. You are eligible for a full refund initiated by me if I am unable to complete your commission.9. You are eligible for a partial refund if you cancel the commission after you've paid. A cancellation fee of 70% will be taken from what was originally paid regardless of how much progress has been made on the artwork.10. Nobody may erase, obscure, tamper with, modify, or in any way remove my signature/logo from the artwork.11. You must make an active effort to credit me whenever posting my artwork anywhere.12. You may use your commissioned artwork for personal use only. Commercial use is prohibited unless it has been discussed and agreed upon with me.13. You may sell or give away my artwork if you are adopting out a character depicted in my artwork and releasing ownership of it. The artwork by itself cannot be sold unless it is a reference sheet or the only image of reference needed to sell the character altogether.14. I have the right to post and re-use any artwork I make on my social media accounts, in my portfolio, as part of a promotion, or on any of my websites. If you would like a piece of artwork made private, there will be a flat fee of $15.15. If there is no deadline for when the artwork is due, you must be prepared to wait anywhere between 3 days and 1 month for the completion of your commission. If more time is needed to complete a commission, I will contact you.16. If I’ve agreed on a deadline with you and I am not able to meet that deadline due to lack of or delayed communication with you (if you are not communicating with me and I have already reached out), you forfeit your right to a refund of any sort. I will complete the artwork once communication is re-established.17. You may request progress shots and status updates after you have been notified that your commission has been started, whenever you would like.18. You may receive an email containing your completed commission, a receipt, and a social media card if you ask for it! (I typically offer anyway).19. Please notify me of any changes that need to be made before the line art is finished. If a big change needs to be made after, we can discuss a small fee.20. Blacklisted customers will not be able to purchase any artwork from me whatsoever regardless if it’s for personal or commercial use.21. I will respond openly and honestly to private inquiries regarding my blacklist, the reasons why certain customers have been blacklisted, and how long ago someone was added to the blacklist, especially if it will help other artists.22. Blacklisted customers may ask why they're on the blacklist and how they may be able to get off of it.

Terms for Commercial Products:

1. If you plan to use my artwork for commercial use of any sort, a commercial licensing fee of $50 will be charged for each piece of artwork made.2. Commercial products will come with a signed and dated document informing whoever it concerns, that you may use my artwork for commercial use for the duration of the agreement.3. Artwork made for commercial use can only be used for up to 1 year. An additional fee of $25 will be charged per each additional year of extended use. An updated document will be provided per each extension with my written consent and a date.4. A license for commercial use does not give the customer the right to tamper with or modify the artwork itself, the artist signature, to use the artwork without credit, or to claim the artwork was made by the customer.5. Artwork originally made for personal use may not be changed to a commercial use product after the initial commission completion date.
